Paul Dustrud, AIA
Paul opened the doors of Dustrud Architecture in ????. His architectural philosophy is to provide designs that respond to the essence and uniqueness of each project: the context around the site, natural conditions, constructability, energy usage, light, air, the client’s needs, and budget and schedule.
Engaged in working with his hands in varying capacities and careers over the years, Paul has been building, designing and studying art, craft and architecture. He brings a unique balance of know-how when facilitating a project.
The majority of Dustrud Architecture’s projects are light commercial and multi-family, affordable, worker, enterprise and market rate housing. This particular focus on housing over the years allows Paul to feel that he is contributing to society by providing durable, safe and efficient dwellings for people from all walks of life.
Managing a small team and utilizing a time-tested consultant base, Paul has facilitated many large projects for a small group of people.

Shane McCloskey, AIA
Shane has had a life-long pursuit of building things with his hands which followed right into designing buildings. Shane has a unique skill set in the design, constructability and project management aspects of the Dustrud Architecture.

Tanesha Hyde
Tanesha graduated from Eastern Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science in Art. With a previous year of study at the University of Oregon in the Architecture Department, she moved to Eugene following graduation and considered returning to the program, but thought it wise to get some insight on the inner workings of an architecture firm prior to committing to more schooling.
Initially working as an Office Assistant and progressing to Project and Office Administrator over time, Tanesha took on all manner of administrative support tasks and gained experience in project administration and coordination through all phases of design and construction working closely with both architects and engineers.
Integral to the Dustrud Architecture team, Tanesha has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of project administration and coordination roles for both public and private projects in addition to providing general office support.
