The Midtown
Mixed Use
The Midtown, completed in March 2021, is a collaboration that brings together seven of Eugene’s nonprofit art organizations into one building, including Eugene Ballet. The 20,000 square foot parcel is located at 16th Avenue and Pearl Street, and expands the Midtown Arts Center for redevelopment into mixed-use commercial spaces for nonprofits on the first two floors, and 40 condominiums on the upper levels.
